Bought my first Grafex supreme cue from The Cue Shop back in early May 2022, it arrived in Scotland very quickly, love the cue feels quality and it’s straight love the variable weight feature, had many people comment on the cue and in late June ordered another Grafex supreme cue for my friend who plays in the border pool league he was so impressed by the way it feels and the feed back you get from this cue, the cue shop have been superb throughout, well done to the staff of this family run business

I went in with little knowledge of exactly what snooker cue I wanted, and they were extremely helpful. I used their pool table to try out a bunch of different cues, and bombarded them with questions about the differences between the cues (they have a wide range of cues from cheap ~$20 up to very good, with lots in the range $50-$150). They were very patient and helpful. They didn't try to upsell me or give me any sales pitches; they genuinely seemed to want to help me find the best cue for me in my price range. I ended up with a relatively cheap one (~$75) which felt good for me, and which I'm very happy with now that I've used it for several hours. Also got a cool coloured case to go with it, and they've got many accessories etc. I would certainly recommend them for anyone looking for cue, either pool or snooker.

Bought a Lumex Cruiser Pool Cue from the Cue Shop and couldn't be more excited by my purchase. Have recently bought several pool cues from different web companies lately and not been happy - until now. The pool cue is exactly what I wanted and couldn't be happier.
